Function of the Login Generator

The login generator enables you to create access for employees without a stored email address.

Requirement

A personnel number must be stored in the employee's profile. This is used as the user name and replaces the email address.

Steps to use the Login Generator

1. Calling the login generator
In the main menu, navigate to “Add-Ons” and select the Login Generator.

2. Start login generation
Click on “Generate logins” to display an overview of all employees without an email address.

3. Add employees
Use the "Add" button to select the employees for whom access should be created. The selected people will be displayed in the "Selected" list

4. Assign roles
You can then select the role to be assigned to all employees.


5. Generate access data
Click on "Generate" to create a document with the individual access data. This document contains invitation letters that can be printed out and distributed to employees.

If employees with different roles require access, the process must be carried out separately for each role.

Notice

  • Username : The employee number serves as the username.
  • System access : Employees can only log in via the subdomain specified during onboarding.
  • Invitation letter : The automatically generated invitation letter contains the necessary information for access. This letter is designed to be used without any additional customization.

Invitation letter:

The invitation letter contains the following information:

  • user name (employee number)
  • password
  • subdomain link for login

This letter can be forwarded to employees so that they can register in Evalea .
