The “Employee Profile Report” add-on enables you to create a PDF report for employees.
This report contains:
- E-Learning
- Trainings
- Competencies
The report can be downloaded from the employee profile page and, if necessary, uploaded directly to Personio (if an interface exists).
Furnishings:
1. Go to Add-Ons -> Employee Profile Report .
2. Open the settings via the gear icon.
Setting Options:
1. Report language: Specify the language in which the report should be created.
2. Show e-learnings: Enable or disable the display of e-learnings.
3. Show further training: Activate or deactivate the display of further training.
4. Show competencies: Enable or disable the display of competencies.
Report Creation:
1. Open the profile of the relevant employee .
2. Click on “Employee data ”.
3. A PDF file is created based on the settings defined in the add-on.
