Add Dashboard Elements
The HR or admin role has the ability to customize their own dashboards as well as the dashboards of managers and employees. The content and appearance of the individual dashboard elements can be changed; the title of each element can also be customized.
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the dashboard to open the editing view:


- In the editing view, you can add as many elements as you like using the “+” symbol.
- To edit the view, select the desired role view
- You can also create language versions for the dashboards per role. For example, employees who use the English version of Evalea will see the English version of the dashboard.
Example of creating a dashboard element
If you would like to add an overview of open training courses for the employee view:
- Open the dashboard editing view.
- Select the Participants view from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “+” symbol and select the “My training” table.
- You can use the color picker to visually customize and highlight individual dashboard elements.
The dashboard element can be resized by dragging the bottom right corner. You can move dashboard elements using drag and drop and adjust their content using the gear icon within each element.
Notice
If the number of entries in a dashboard element exceeds the displayed content, this will be indicated accordingly in the element. The expanded view with all entries can be opened by clicking on the element.
Deleting Dashboard Elements
To delete an item, drag and drop it into the designated field:

The following dashboard elements are available and can be individually explained and supplemented in the manual:
KPIs:

Project Count: Shows the number of projects in a specific period of time.

Response rate: Shows the response rate of evaluations.

Costs: Shows the costs per topic.

Assigned Employee Training Costs: Shows the training costs for assigned employees.

Trainer Rating: Shows a trainer’s rating based on evaluations.

Average Rating: Shows the average rating for continuing education courses.

Average Cost: Shows the average training cost.

Completed Surveys: Shows the progress for a selected evaluation.

Open Interviews: Displays the number of interviews that have not yet been completed.
Tables:

Too few participants: Shows training courses that have not reached the minimum number of participants.

Project list: Lists all training courses within a defined period.

My training courses: Lists upcoming personal training courses.

Participation: Shows participation in further training courses, summarized per employee.

Best/Worst Questions: Lists the best and worst rated questions from evaluations.

Tasks: Shows upcoming tasks such as evaluations, surveys, approvals and to-dos.

Created Training wishes: Lists the employees’ further training wishes chronologically.

My Requests: Shows personal training requests and self-registrations that need to be approved.

Projects of my employees: Lists the training courses of the directly or indirectly assigned employees.

My Goals: Shows an overview of your goals.

Target activity of my employees: Shows the target activities of the assigned employees.

My Employees’ Goals: Lists all goals of the assigned employees.

To-dos for employees: Shows open tasks of employees in further training.

Feedback App Requests: Lists all feedback requests.

Requests from my employees: Shows all open and pending requests from employees.
-
Interviews: Lists all interviews of employees.
-
Tasks in seminar management: Shows all training tasks for which I am responsible.

Self-registrations: Lists all self-registrations of employees in the training catalog.

Pending interviews: Lists all pending interviews, filterable by guideline, role and status.
Diagrams:

Response rate: Shows the response rate of evaluations. Can be filtered by time period, topic, target group and survey type.

Training request: Allows you to add a training request directly to the employee dashboards.

Wiki link: Links the internal Evalea wiki on the dashboard (add-on required).

Internal path: Allows you to link training or e-learning courses to employees’ dashboards.
