Trainings per Employee

Purpose of the report:

This report shows all training participation at employee level. Each combination of employee and training is shown as a separate line. This enables a detailed analysis of training participation and costs per employee. The report can also be exported.

 

  1. Name: First and last name of the employee.
  2. Email: Employee’s email address.
  3. Status (training): Indicates the current status of the training.
  4. Status (Participant): indicates the individual status of the participants.
  5. Further information from the employee profiles.
  6. Further information from the training courses.
  7. Further information from the training types.
  8. Filter option : Filter for specific training courses or employees.
  9. Export : Possibility to download the report as an Excel file.


Creating a Training per Employee Report

  • Open the report library
  • Within the “Seminar Management” tab, search for the Training Per Employee Report
  • Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

 

  1. Report Name: Enter a name for the report.
  2. Roles : Specify which roles should have access.
  3. Display : Determine which employees should be displayed.
  4. Employee information : Determine which fields from the employee profile should be included in the report (e.g. name, department).
  5. Training information : Select which training fields (e.g. type, language, costs) should be displayed.
  6. Employee filter: Determine whether only certain employees should be displayed.
  7. Training filter : Determine whether only certain training courses should be displayed.
  8. Training type information : Determine whether and which additional information from the training types should be displayed.

 

Notice

  • Reports with more than 7,500 entries display a warning. Use filters to reduce the results.
