With the “Employee Profile Table” add-on, you can add a new tab within the employee profiles. This tab is used to manage and document projects and offers flexible customization options to suit your requirements.
Functionality
1. Integration into employee profiles
- The Projects tab is added individually to each employee profile. The content and fields can be fully customized to meet the specific needs of your company.
2. Linking with other add-ons
- Employee meetings: Link conversations to a project.
- Feedback: Collect project-related feedback using the Feedback add-on.
Settings
You can find the add-on in the add-on overview. After opening it, the following options are available:

1. Settings
- Name the new tab (e.g. “Projects” or “Data Tables”).
- Decide whether completed conversations or feedback can be linked as a reference for an entry.
2. Adjust data fields
- You can use the data fields to add and configure new data fields for project management.

Representation in the Employee Profile
1. Project linking
- Link completed conversations or feedback as references for projects.
2. Fill in data fields
- Fill in the stored data fields for each project assignment.
- Entries can be archived or deleted.
- Insight into the history (editing and changes by whom and when).
3. Full-screen function
- For a better overview, you can open the tab in full screen view.

Within the @Static Permissions you can define which roles:
- Can see the entries in this tab.
