Training Costs

The “Training Costs” add-on offers you the possibility to maintain cost centers, manage budgets and carry out detailed cost center reporting.

Features:

  1. Show fiscal year: The currently stored fiscal year is displayed.
  2. Cost center reporting: Access comprehensive reports on training costs. See also: Training costs per cost center
  3. Cost center overview: Here you can add and edit cost centers.
  4. Define fiscal year: Select the applicable fiscal year.

 

 

Defining Cost Centers:

  1. Cost center name: Enter a unique name.
  2. Cost center allocation: This is used for the allocation of training costs and in employee profiles.
  3. Budget allocation: Set a budget for the cost center.
  4. Fiscal year: Select the relevant year from the drop-down menu.
  5. Main responsible person: Specify the person who is responsible for this cost center.
  6. Additional people: Add additional people who should have access to this cost center.
  7. Edit or delete: Cost centers can be edited or deleted using the corresponding symbol.
  8. Add new cost center: Click the “+” icon to create a new cost center.
