Managing workflows

Evalea offers various approval and administration processes for self-registration for trainings, which are divided into different workflows depending on the selected registration management:

 

 

  1. Confirmation by HR
  2. Confirmation by manager or HR
  3. Assign directly
  4. Confirmation by a selected person 

 

Explanation of the approval processes

1: Confirmation by HR

  • After the participant has self-registered, HR receives an email and an entry within the dashboard element “Self-registrations”
  • This self-registration must be approved by HR so that the employee can be added to the training program after approval

2: Confirmation by manager or HR

  • After the participant has registered themselves, HR receives an email and an entry in the “Self-registrations” dashboard element. The directly assigned manager of the person registering also receives an email and the entry in the “Tasks” dashboard element.
  • This self-registration must be approved by the manager or HR so that the employee can be added to the training program after approval

3: Assign directly

  • The employee can register directly for further training without approval

4: Confirmation by a selected person

  • When registering themselves, the employee must specify a person who must approve the self-registration
  • The selected person receives an email and an entry within the dashboard element “Tasks”
  • Only after approval by this person will the employee be registered for the training


Canceling a self-registration

Employees can cancel their self-registration directly via their profile by calling up the participant status within the training tab and making the cancellation. Optionally, a comment can be added regarding the cancellation.

HR also has the option to cancel further training for the employee.
Cancellation of participation is only possible if the status of the training is set to “planned”.
