The dashboard is a customizable, interactive and graphical interface that allows customers to see the most important information at fist glance.
Access to the Dashboard
To open the dashboard, click on the “Dashboard” tab in the main menu on the left:
Views for Different Roles
In the Admin role, you can switch between your personal dashboard view, the views of other roles and their language versions to ensure that each role sees the information relevant to them:
Notice
Only the administrator role can edit the dashboard of each role. Employees and managers cannot do this.
Editing the Name and Color of Dashboard Elements:
Regardless of the type of dashboard element, you can customize the name and color in the respective language version:
1: Allows you to change the name in the currently selected language version of the dashboard.
2: Allows you to customize the color of the dashboard element in the selected language version of the dashboard.
