E-learning Participants

Employees can be added to an E-learning course by clicking on the "Participant" symbol. Groups can be assigned directly. Individual employees can be added via email address or personnel number.

Add Authors:

Authors have editing rights for the E-learning without being registered or counted as a participant. You can manage content and add lessons without having access to the reports.

They do not have access rights to the evaluation data and should be removed from the author role if they have to complete the E-learning themselves as a mandatory training course.

E-Learning Employee Progress

You can view the progress and participation of employees in an e-learning course using the evaluation function. Here you have a comprehensive overview of the status and progress of all participants in the respective e-learning course.
Overview of functions:

1. Manual reset: You can manually reset the e-learning for all employees if, for example, content has been updated or the e-learning needs to be run through again.

2. Filter function: Using the filter option, you can search for and display individual statuses or specific employees within the e-learning.

3. Export function: Using the export function, you can download the progress data as an Excel file for external analysis or archiving.

There is also an "archive" symbol that takes you to an overview of all reset e-learning courses. All participants whose progress has been reset are listed here. An automatic reset can be triggered, for example, by the expiration of the e-learning course's validity period.

Self-resetting by employees

Employees have the option of resetting an e-learning course independently, provided that the “Automatic Reset” function is activated and the e-learning course has been marked as completed.

Manually setting the status of a participant to "completed"

If an e-learning course should be manually marked as “completed” for an employee, you can do this as follows:

1. Click the check mark in the “Completed” tab.

2. Select the completion date and confirm with “Save”.

The e-learning is now marked as completed for the participant.

Notice

You can also update the status of multiple employees of an existing e-learning course using the e-learning import in Evalea . For more information, see File imports .
