Function of Automation

Automations enable the automatic execution of certain processes in Evalea , such as sending transfer surveys or deleting old interviews.
 

Access and Overview

1. Navigate to Settings → Automation in the left main menu.
2. The automation overview displays all active and planned automated processes.
 

Creating a New Automation

  1. Click the “+” icon at the bottom right to create a new automation.
  2. A pop-up window opens with the following options
    - Type of automation: Select the desired process, for example “Delete old interviews”.
    - When to run: Specify when the automation should run (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly).
    - Selection criteria: Define the conversation time span, e.g. conversations older than 1 year, 2 years, etc.
  3. Select the appropriate guide if you only want to delete conversations from a specific guide.
  4. Click Save to activate the automation.
