Competency Scale

The competency scale is a central part of the assessment. This scale is used in interviews and the qualimatrix. A fixed scale is important because it cannot be adjusted once it has been created.

Creating a competency scale:

Select gear icon: Click the gear icon to create a scale.

1. Specify languages: The scale can be created in German and English.
2. Rating level names: Enter the name for each level.
3. Level information: Add additional information about the rating level.
4. Define value definition: A value definition is required for each level.
