Creating a Learning Journey
A new Learning Journey is created by clicking on the "+" symbol. A window opens in which you can make the following settings:
1. Name: Give the Learning Journey a meaningful name.
2. Start date: Specify when the Learning Journey should begin.
3. End date: Define the end date of the Learning Journey .
4. Cancel: Cancels the creation process.
5. Create: Saves the Learning Journey and adds it to the overview.
Editing Options after Creation
- Add Pulses: Add scheduled pulses.
- Change names and dates: Edit the name and start and end dates.
- Copy Learning Journey : Create a copy with the same time intervals between the impulses.
- Manage files: View files or upload additional files.
- Delete: Permanently removes the Learning Journey .
Creating Impulses in a Learning Journey
Impulses can be added by clicking on the “+” symbol. Once a window opens, please define the following:
- Title: The title will later be visible to the participants in the impulse overview.
- Select pulse type: Select the appropriate type of pulse (see Pulses for more information).
- Opening conditions: Define conditions that must be met to open the impulse.
- Start date: Specify the start date of the pulse.
- Visibility before start date: Define whether the impulse should be visible before the start date.
- Define content: Depending on the type of impulse, additional content can be defined.
- Save: Saves the pulse.
Notice
Editing and deleting impulses is only possible as long as the start date has not yet been reached.
Visibility of the Individual Impulses
Various visibility options can be set for the impulses within a Learning Journey :
- Hidden: The impulse is only visible when the specified start date is reached. (Example: Learning Journey starts on January 20, 2022, but the impulse is only visible from January 25, 2022.)

Visible: The stimulus is immediately visible as soon as the participant is added to the Learning Journey .
