To-Dos for Employees

The “To-Dos for Employees” add-on gives you the ability to create task lists and assign them directly to employees. This tool is particularly helpful for processes such as onboarding, project management or organizing targeted tasks. 
 

Functions of the Add-On

Overview and Administration

  1. Find existing to-do lists by their name.
  2. Add a new list or edit existing lists.
  3. Clicking on the name of the list opens it for editing
  4. Deleting the to-do list
  5. Editing the to-do list
  6. Assign lists to individual or multiple employees.


Creating To-Do Lists

  • Click Add to create a new list.
  • Give the list a name and save it. You will then be taken to the detailed view .

Detailed view:

  1. Deleting the to-do list
  2. Editing the name of the to-do list
  3. Adding To-Do's

 

Adding Tasks, Texts and Titles

  • Tasks: Add specific tasks that employees should complete. Optionally with a due date.
  • Text: Use text blocks to add additional information. These elements cannot be checked off.
  • Titles: Structure the list with titles or sections that also cannot be checked off.

Notice

All to-dos can be assigned a due date here. However, the due date can also be added at a later point in time when assigning the to-do list.

 

 


4. Adjusting the order

  • Use the drag & drop function to adjust the order of tasks and items.

Notice

To-dos that have already been added can be edited by clicking on the three dots.

 

 

Assigning To-Do Lists

1. Assignment via the add-on

  • Select one or more employees directly via the add-on options .


2. Assignment via the employee profile

  • In the “To-Do List” tab of the employee profile, you can create a new list or load a template.


Viewing and Editing
 

Progress and Status

  1. The progress bar shows how many tasks have already been completed.
  2. The status of a list changes to “Completed” once all tasks have been checked off.
  3. Individual to-do lists can be removed using the delete symbol.


2. Comment function

  • Responsible persons or HR can comment on tasks by clicking on the three dots per to-do. Comments are displayed as a speech bubble with an indicator .


3. Changing responsibility

  • HR can change the person responsible for a task directly by clicking on the avatar.


Managerial View

  • Managers see all tasks assigned to them and their team members in the Employee To-Do dashboard item .
  • Tasks can only be checked off if the manager is listed as the responsible person .


Employee View

  • Employees can find their tasks in the Tasks dashboard element .
  • Individual tasks can be viewed there and checked off directly.
