Introduction / Purpose of the Function

Through the main menu item Goals, you can centrally access the goals and view their current status.

• As an employee, you access your own goals.
• As a manager, you can additionally view the goals of other employees, as long as permissions allow it.

Access / Location in the System

Open the menu item Goals in the main menu on the left side.

My Goals

In the tab “My Goals”, your personal goals and their individual progress are listed alongside informative KPIs:

The tab “My Team” lists all goals of the employees assigned to you:

All Goals

Within the tab “All Goals”, your personal goals as well as the goals of your assigned employees, including the KPIs, are summarized:

Sorting and Export Function

Within the respective views, the results can be filtered by status, creation time, and template, and exported as an Excel file:
