The Data Integrity Center serves as a central point of contact for identifying and correcting irregularities and possible inconsistencies in Evalea . It is constantly being expanded to ensure a flawless data structure. 
 

Current Functionalities

The data integrity center currently shows all training courses in which transfer phases are assigned to a manager who is no longer responsible. In the future, Evalea will add further types of impulses and scenarios.
 

Example of a use case

Initial situation :

• Employee assigned to Manager 1.
• Employee takes part in further training. A transfer phase is directed at manager 1.

Irregularity :

• Manager 1 leaves the company before the start of the transfer phase.
• Employee is assigned to Manager 2.

Problem :

• However, during the transfer phase, Manager 1 remains listed as the recipient, even though he or she is no longer responsible.

Solution by the Data Integrity Center:

• The issue is listed in the Data Integrity Center and you can update the transfer phase accordingly.
   

Structure and Operation of the Data Integrity Center

1. List of affected participants:

• Shows the affected employees.
• Clicking on the name opens the corresponding employee profile.

2. Affected training:

• Shows the training in which the problem occurs.
• Clicking on the name opens the details of the training.

3. Pulse update:

• Updates the impulse so that the correct manager is stored as the recipient.

4. Column adjustment:

• Allows you to customize the view by adding or removing columns.
