Purpose of the Report
The "Logins" report provides information about the creation and use of user logins. It shows when invitations were sent and whether users have already logged into the system.
Functions of the Report

- Total Logins: Shows the number of all logins created.
- Logged in: Number of logged in users.
- Not logged in : Number of users who are not logged in.
- Username: Lists the names of the users.
- Invitation date: Shows when the access data was sent.
- Logged in: Indicates whether the user has already logged in.
Creation of a Login Report

- Open the report library
- Within the “General” tab, look for the login report
- Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

- Name : Enter a title for the report.
- Role : This report is only available for the HR role.
